The Smart Communications Company began when Carlene Smart decided to take her lifelong love of writing,and try to get paid for it. That was in 1990, and since then she has had over 1000 articles ( newspapers,magazines,journals ect) published.
Ms.Smart also writes business materials( such as Press Releases,brochures,business reports) to help a business get publicity for their efforts.
